Class Overview: Winter + Covid + isolation + life changes are creating loneliness, stress, fear. Many identify having feelings of depression, anxiety, or hopelessness. Many use alcohol, food, or the internet to try to suppress these feelings. You will learn to do basic tapping for yourself and your loved ones on your own in the safety of your home or workplace.

Not only is tapping (a.k.a. Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT) helpful for loneliness, but these basic techniques can be applied to all emotional and stressful areas of your life.

This is the second class, in which we discuss resourcing, tracing our emotions back through time, and have a demo who shares her experience with illness.

We talk about Secondary Gains of staying stuck, subconscious and limiting beliefs, and how what we learn or observe from childhood can inform how we feel now. Our demo works with feelings of isolation during the pandemic.

In this class we discuss how to use EFT to release the blocks to achieving and believing our affirmations and goals. We discuss how to work with sensations of pain, as well as how to bring EFT Tapping into a larger scope in your life through a Personal Peace Procedure.
